  6. I ftp'd an utility off the net 4 or 5 months ago called CMPEG10 and it basically
  7. converts a sequence of TGA files into an Mpeg 1 stream. Excellent program and
  8. free to boot.

  12. The files to look for are cmpeg10.zip and cmpeg10.readme.
  13. It uncompresses to a DOS executible file. 
  14. Once uncompressed the zip file is pretty explanatory.
